We had such a wonderful experience! Kemar, our driver who picked us up from the hotel, was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the local area. He made the ride enjoyable and gave us great insight along the way. Allan, our raft captain, was absolutely terrific! He was knowledgeable, professional, and so much fun throughout the entire experience. His personality and expertise made our rafting adventure even more memorable. Both Kemar and Allan provided outstanding service and truly helped make this experience one of the highlights of our trip. We highly recommend them both.

Rafting with Captain Lennox was excellent
Although things started very rough with the pick up, we enjoyed we the bamboo raft ride, and let me tell you, we hit the jackpot with our captain. Before I delve into the experience, I want to acknowledge that the customer support team at Cool Montego Bay was very helpful.So, Captain Lennox, a proud Rastaman, turned that river into a full jungle masterclass. This man would casually pull over, climb INTO the trees, and come back down with things for us to try like it was a floating farmers market.We learned about the power of allspice and guinea root, and he even showed us castor oil seeds and explained how they’re used. He made us straws out of bamboo. He cut open a fresh coconut for us to drink right there on the raft. Then he cut sugarcane, drizzled it with lime, and we sucked on that sweet, tangy goodness as we floated downriver. It was part nature tour, part cooking show, part pure joy. We learned so much.The time flew by. If you get Captain Lennox, consider yourself lucky. This wasn’t just a raft ride, it was an experience we’ll be talking about for years. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything was perfectly planned from start to finish, and the team made the entire day feel effortless and fun.We did the bamboo rafting, ATV ride, Blue Hole, and jet ski, and every single activity was a 10/10. The bamboo rafting was so relaxing and scenic, the ATV ride was thrilling and adventurous, and the Blue Hole was absolutely breathtaking especially the cliff jumps! The jet ski experience was the perfect way to top it all off.The staff and tour guides were super friendly, professional, and full of good vibes. They made sure we were safe while still having an unforgettable time. I found Richard through a Facebook post and ended up booking with him for 3 different trips for a group of 5 people. We did Dolphins Cove, Chukka outpost, and blue hole falls and ended up booking a 4th day with him for the guys to go golfing.He was absolutely amazing! When working with him, prior to getting to Jamaica, he was helpful with providing recomendations. When we got there he was so accomodating, he never left us and always made us feel safe. I have the upmost respect and appreciation for Richard and would recommend him to everyone that goes to Jamaica.
