Floating down the river on a bamboo raft was one of those rare vacation experiences where you can completely relax, take in your surroundings, and simply enjoy being in the moment.What made an already beautiful experience exceptional, though, was **KIDDIE**. From the beginning, he was warm, welcoming, personable, and professional. He made us feel completely comfortable, never rushed the experience, and struck the perfect balance between engaging with us and giving us time to simply enjoy the peace and beauty of the river.KIDDIE is knowledgeable, attentive, and fun, but there was also a genuine kindness and sincerity about him that stood out. Nothing about the experience felt forced or transactional. Although things started very rough with the pick up, we enjoyed we the bamboo raft ride, and let me tell you, we hit the jackpot with our captain. Before I delve into the experience, I want to acknowledge that the customer support team at Cool Montego Bay was very helpful.So, Captain Lennox, a proud Rastaman, turned that river into a full jungle masterclass. This man would casually pull over, climb INTO the trees, and come back down with things for us to try like it was a floating farmers market.We learned about the power of allspice and guinea root, and he even showed us castor oil seeds and explained how they’re used. He made us straws out of bamboo. He cut open a fresh coconut for us to drink right there on the raft. Then he cut sugarcane, drizzled it with lime, and we sucked on that sweet, tangy goodness as we floated downriver. It was part nature tour, part cooking show, part pure joy. We learned so much.The time flew by. If you get Captain Lennox, consider yourself lucky. This wasn’t just a raft ride, it was an experience we’ll be talking about for years. Highly, highly recommend!

Party Mike has been excellent. Our group of 6 ladies has been pleased. Mike is very prompt. He picked us up Wednesday from the airport. It's now 3:51AM Saturday and we're headed back from Pier 1 to our airbnb.We also did bamboo rafting and tropical bliss beach club. We're here a few more days and adventures with Mike. Book him for your trip to Jamaica.
