Nick was an AMAZING private driver during our trip to Jamaica! 🇯🇲 From the very beginning, he was on time, dependable, kind, and so much fun to be around. He kept us laughing and made every ride enjoyable. Most importantly, we felt completely safe and comfortable with him the entire time, which meant so much to us while being away from home. Although things started very rough with the pick up, we enjoyed we the bamboo raft ride, and let me tell you, we hit the jackpot with our captain. Before I delve into the experience, I want to acknowledge that the customer support team at Cool Montego Bay was very helpful.So, Captain Lennox, a proud Rastaman, turned that river into a full jungle masterclass. This man would casually pull over, climb INTO the trees, and come back down with things for us to try like it was a floating farmers market.We learned about the power of allspice and guinea root, and he even showed us castor oil seeds and explained how they’re used. He made us straws out of bamboo. He cut open a fresh coconut for us to drink right there on the raft. Then he cut sugarcane, drizzled it with lime, and we sucked on that sweet, tangy goodness as we floated downriver. It was part nature tour, part cooking show, part pure joy. We learned so much.The time flew by. If you get Captain Lennox, consider yourself lucky. This wasn’t just a raft ride, it was an experience we’ll be talking about for years. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything was perfectly planned from start to finish, and the team made the entire day feel effortless and fun.We did the bamboo rafting, ATV ride, Blue Hole, and jet ski, and every single activity was a 10/10. The bamboo rafting was so relaxing and scenic, the ATV ride was thrilling and adventurous, and the Blue Hole was absolutely breathtaking especially the cliff jumps! The jet ski experience was the perfect way to top it all off.The staff and tour guides were super friendly, professional, and full of good vibes. They made sure we were safe while still having an unforgettable time. Transportation was also smooth, on time, and very comfortable.If you’re visiting Jamaica and want a mix of adventure, relaxation, and unforgettable memories, this is the company to book with. We had an incredible time! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish.Our two guides were absolutely amazing—super friendly, fun, and full of great energy. They really made the whole experience even more enjoyable and made us feel comfortable the entire time.The activity itself was beautiful and so much fun. The scenery was stunning, and the mix of relaxing moments with a bit of excitement was just perfect. Honestly, the only “complaint” is that we didn’t want it to end! We were having such a great time that we would have loved to keep going!We were a group of 11 (including older adults), and everything went smoothly for everyone.Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Jamaica—you won’t regret it!

He was very knowledgeable, he took us where we wanted to go, shared local fruits and a lot of information about the island, plus his vehicle was cool and spotless. He was super attentive, respectful, and just overall made sure we were good the whole time. Definitely a vibe!Alex even took us to his dad along the river, who served us the BEST jerk chicken we've ever had. No joke — we’re still talking about it!We already decided that next time we're in Jamaica, we’re coming straight from the airport to Lethe to see Alex and his dad. I can't share the experience about me but I will say it on the behalf of my kids since I was one happy mama, I have 9 and 7 yrs old and they took very good care of them, I was nervous I wasn't going to be able to enjoy the blue hole since I was only adult with 2 children but Omar tours made sure my kids were safe and had a good time, they took good pictures too, we will definitely come back for sure. This was the best time and memories my kids will have forever
