Tracy is amazing. She has become apart of our family. The level of care is beyond words. First used to take me for round of golf at Cinnamon Hill. I was so impressed that we used her services to take family to Luminous lagoon. We had so much fun we went next day to Montego Bay for souvenir shopping and cultural trip to learn the true Jamaican ways. Our son has disability, cerebral palsy, and she made sure he was involved and cared for. He even helped us get medicine for son who got stomach ache...jamaican food a bit too spicy for him. She knows locals and make sure your protected and ensure you have an amazing trip depending whatever you want to do. Tracy will make your dreams come true. We will be back and we will only use Tracy for travel/excursions. 5 star service!!!!!! Much love to you Tracy!

Our raft captain was called glen, he was really nice and full of knowledge. What I liked about him is the fact he didn’t rush down river like some of the others. We had a really good chat about everything on the river and life in general. I was asking him how he coped through covid. These guy’s really struggled they didn’t work for 12 months and I thought we had it bad at the very beginning of the pandemic. These guys are on 20 dollars a trip down the river and on a good day they might get 2 trip’s down the river and on an extremely good day 3. It doesn’t bother them tho they are so happy all the time. If you have a little spare money after your trip and are feeling generous give them a tip they will be over the moon. Overall the trip was good and really relaxing I would recommend it, however I think Tui are really over pricing it at 89 dollars per person. Shame on you Tui
