The driver was prompt, professional, and very friendly. The ride was comfortable, smooth, and stress-free after traveling. All I can say is WOW. The water was beautiful. We rented chairs and umbrellas. This is worth every penny. You know how hot it gets in Jamaica. It was a really short ride from our resort in Montego Bay. Before we called our ride back, we walked a little bit. There are tons of small shops to check out or you can walk to Margaritaville. Great shirt trip or all day. You can choose.

I had such an amazing time doing bamboo rafting with Fresh Look Tours! From start to finish, everything was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The driver was on time, professional, and made sure we were comfortable the entire journey.When we got to the river, the whole vibe was just perfect—calm, scenic, and super relaxing. The raft captain was friendly and knowledgeable, and really made the experience enjoyable. The limestone foot massage was definitely a highlight…so soothing and something you don’t want to miss!What really stood out to me was how well everything was coordinated. We enjoyed the day driving up to 9 miles from the cruise port. The ride was scenic amd our guide Odain made it fun and interesting. The visit to the mausoleum was interesting and a unique experience. We are really glad we spent our day in Jamaica on this tour.

We had Dwaine as our personal driver and he was absolutely amazing. His communication was clear and transparent from start to finish. As we were driving, he shared the history of Jamaica with us, which made the experience even more special. He was kind enough to stop for a bathroom break on the way to Rick’s Café, and even took us to a local restaurant so we could enjoy some authentic Jamaican food during the long drive. Dwaine was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly—he answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable the entire time. His driving skills were top-notch. Two thumbs up for Dwaine! When we visit Jamaica again, we’d love to have him as our driver.

Odain and the pick up service was perfect; on time and comfortable. Mr. Odain is a true gentlemen and knowledgeable person on all things Jamaica. We arrive safely and even was taken to a local restaurant for some outstanding cuisine. Our preference was the tender oxtail and perfectly spiced curry goat. WHEN we come back, Odain will be the first to call for tours of the city.

A Trusting and Exuberating Experience!!
We booked DToursJamaica for our Bamboo Rafting Experience late evening and Dwayne response time was impeccable. Not only did her respond quickly, he also allowed an additional guest to be added to our reservation since you can’t book it as a single booking. He was prompt and very informative. Honestly, we felt like we were traveling with our brother or uncle, that’s how safe we felt. Dwayne was very knowledgeable, accommodating to our needs and even special requests. Our Bamboo experience was an amazing experience. Due to rain the previous day we were unable to raft back up the river but Chris and Mandi ensured our experience was not disappointing. They were very professional, informative and fun; with none of the crazy things you see on TikTok. Chris explained the benefits of the limestone massage and it was a wonderful feeling to experience the results instantly. They also took amazing pictures on the raft but I was afraid to stand up lol. Our trip also including shopping at the Hip Strip but we had previously shopped so opted out. Instead Dwayne took up to the famous KFC!!!! We also had the opportunity to book Dwayne for private transportation to dinner later that evening. DToursJamaica offer more excursions so if you see the name, do not hesitate to book with Dwayne and his company. Did I mention this was a private excursion with only your group, and the vehicle was nice! We will definitely be contacting Dwayne for all of our future visits to Jamaica. Just send him a message and he will take care of you!

We really enjoyed going. It is essential to have a guide in your language (in our case we hire in Spanish), so that he can tell you and explain the hundreds of stories and anecdotes that Bob Marley had in his life. The place guide (Archie) was great, but only in his English and without an interpreter would we have lost a lot of info. We found it very interesting. I recommend going.
