Although things started very rough with the pick up, we enjoyed we the bamboo raft ride, and let me tell you, we hit the jackpot with our captain. Before I delve into the experience, I want to acknowledge that the customer support team at Cool Montego Bay was very helpful.So, Captain Lennox, a proud Rastaman, turned that river into a full jungle masterclass. This man would casually pull over, climb INTO the trees, and come back down with things for us to try like it was a floating farmers market.We learned about the power of allspice and guinea root, and he even showed us castor oil seeds and explained how they’re used. He made us straws out of bamboo. He cut open a fresh coconut for us to drink right there on the raft. Then he cut sugarcane, drizzled it with lime, and we sucked on that sweet, tangy goodness as we floated downriver. It was part nature tour, part cooking show, part pure joy. We learned so much.The time flew by. If you get Captain Lennox, consider yourself lucky. This wasn’t just a raft ride, it was an experience we’ll be talking about for years. Highly, highly recommend!

Peter was our driver was who an awesome Tour Guide. He was VERY informative about the culture with storytelling about the surrounding areas that we traveled. He also took us to a very delicious restaurant called "Chill Out Hut" in Ochio Rio. We also shopped along with alot of sightseeing in Montego Bay. Peter made up for the mishap of Cool Montego Bay not getting with the company in a timely manner. So I would suggest to book the day before.

Dewey was a fantastic tour guide: Knowledgeable and experienced. He took us through highlights of Discovery Bay and Runaway Bay while giving us opportunities for photos along the way. We also went to Usain Bolt’s Elementary School where he was able to describe a bit of his journey. We went to Dunn’s River Falls, beautiful, but not for people with any kind of foot or knee issues—you are supposed to literally walk UP the falls. Cool, but our best trip was Dewey’s suggestion that we go to Blue Hole where you could jump off little cliffs and climb up the side. THAT was super (Also not for people with active knee or foot injuries). Lunch at a local restaurant with jerked chicken or pork right off the giant grill! A beautiful day with great conversation😊

My friends and I had an excellent experience with Omar during our time in Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. He was always punctual, professional, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our journeys.He was very accommodating in taking us to the places we wanted to visit, while also recommending great spots such as river rafting, souvenir shopping, and local food stops, all of which we really enjoyed. The music during the drives was great, and we also appreciated the conversations and how he shared interesting information about the areas we passed through along the way.Omar truly went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable, and we would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Jamaica!!!

We had a great experience with Brandon on our Bob Marley tour. He was very knowledgeable of the area and took us to a great Jamaican restaurant on the beach afterwards, the red snapper was delicious and so was the oxtails and rice and peas. If you are looking for a tour to somewhere in the areas they provide, this is a really good tour company to choose. We felt safe and right at home on this tour.

I found Richard through a Facebook post and ended up booking with him for 3 different trips for a group of 5 people. We did Dolphins Cove, Chukka outpost, and blue hole falls and ended up booking a 4th day with him for the guys to go golfing.He was absolutely amazing! When working with him, prior to getting to Jamaica, he was helpful with providing recomendations. When we got there he was so accomodating, he never left us and always made us feel safe. I have the upmost respect and appreciation for Richard and would recommend him to everyone that goes to Jamaica.

We went to Jamaica last month and stayed in montego bay. Atv and bamboo rafting were always on our bucket list and Fabian ensured that it was a success. He took us to a site that didn't warrant alot of traveling in between excursions. Time was well spent he always requested extremely fun raft guide which made our trip really exciting. Book with Kings Tour ja. We def coming back
