Our trip started with Romeo picking us up from our resort. He was AMAZING!! He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and just an all around JOY as a guide. He stopped at the Montego Bay & Negril sign for us to take pics. We didn't even ask for that. He then made sure we were comfortable during the entire time. He stopped when we wanted beer and a restroom stop. He made sure we knew where he was during every excursion. Kudos to him!!! The Catamaran ride was fun, in spite of a little "Liquid Sunshine" . Ricks was everything we knew it would be. The food was a little cold, but we understand when there are that many people, everything won't ALWAYS be perfect. We will definitely book again.

My tour guide was a great vibe & made sure i felt comfortable since i was outside my element. The car was clean & and well kept. He made sure i tasted real Caribbean culture at every stop. Make sure you go to a global exchange to get some local currency first for the different vendors on the tour. The beef patty & jerk chicken had so much flavor with every bite, Perfect amount of spice. The local fruit was a whole new experience that was very refreshing. The rums i got to sample were sweet & smooth that you won’t get anywhere else. Money well spent and glad i took the opportunity to go because this beat the resort food by a mile.

All I can say is WOW. The water was beautiful. We rented chairs and umbrellas. This is worth every penny. You know how hot it gets in Jamaica. It was a really short ride from our resort in Montego Bay. Before we called our ride back, we walked a little bit. There are tons of small shops to check out or you can walk to Margaritaville. Great shirt trip or all day. You can choose.

I had such an amazing time doing bamboo rafting with Fresh Look Tours! From start to finish, everything was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The driver was on time, professional, and made sure we were comfortable the entire journey.When we got to the river, the whole vibe was just perfect—calm, scenic, and super relaxing. The raft captain was friendly and knowledgeable, and really made the experience enjoyable. The limestone foot massage was definitely a highlight…so soothing and something you don’t want to miss!What really stood out to me was how well everything was coordinated. We had Dwaine as our personal driver and he was absolutely amazing. His communication was clear and transparent from start to finish. As we were driving, he shared the history of Jamaica with us, which made the experience even more special. He was kind enough to stop for a bathroom break on the way to Rick’s Café, and even took us to a local restaurant so we could enjoy some authentic Jamaican food during the long drive. Dwaine was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly—he answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable the entire time. His driving skills were top-notch. Two thumbs up for Dwaine! When we visit Jamaica again, we’d love to have him as our driver.
