Today my friend and I visited River Rapids and Our experience was simply amazing!!! We def had a lot of fun!! The scenery was extremely beautiful and the water was just perfect!!! I must say that our tour guide LEVIN did an amazing job!! He was fun, knowledgeable, and very courteous. His customer service was simply exceptional!! Also our rep MEL was super courteous and she also had exceptional customer service!! Overall the team friendliness was great and they were all very nice and courteous!!! I would definitely recommend this tour!!

Khrisann was an incredible guide. She was friendly, knowledgeable, on time to pick us up and drop us off, and a safe driver. Booking through Cool Montego Bay was half the cost of booking with the ship excursions directly, and a much better experience since it was one on one. I would definitely recommend Down to Earth tours to anyone visiting Jamaica!

Our driver was the best, he stopped for us to use restroom and souvenir shopping! Our only complaint was after our experience we were cornered into purchasing items from vendors set up at the Blue hole. The prices they told us would change considerably. We paid for pictures bought some drinks and souvenirs snd they still wanted more money. This experience could end future tourists front visiting.

A great time in JA!
I went with two of my sisters. We had a phenomenal time. Between airport pickup to negril day trips in Montego Bay and pit stops along the way, our driver O'Neil nailed it. He was always timely, professional and advised us on the do's and don'ts. We plan on going back sooner than later and we'll definitely use this service as well as ask for the same driver.
