Hands down best service and care I have received on a tour ever! It was a private experience and Oshea took care of us the whole way! He was flexible allowing me to make stops that weren't included and took time to show us all of the sites along the way giving us a bit if history and culture! The beach stop was the best time ever just be prepared to pay extra for umbrellas and beach chairs ($7 each). We also had a blast at Margaritaville where they queued up our favorites when requested at the DJ Booth! Before going back to the ship we were able to shop and do some free rum tasting as well!

Rafting with Captain Lennox was excellent
Although things started very rough with the pick up, we enjoyed we the bamboo raft ride, and let me tell you, we hit the jackpot with our captain. Before I delve into the experience, I want to acknowledge that the customer support team at Cool Montego Bay was very helpful.So, Captain Lennox, a proud Rastaman, turned that river into a full jungle masterclass. This man would casually pull over, climb INTO the trees, and come back down with things for us to try like it was a floating farmers market.We learned about the power of allspice and guinea root, and he even showed us castor oil seeds and explained how they’re used. He made us straws out of bamboo. He cut open a fresh coconut for us to drink right there on the raft. Then he cut sugarcane, drizzled it with lime, and we sucked on that sweet, tangy goodness as we floated downriver. It was part nature tour, part cooking show, part pure joy. We learned so much.The time flew by. If you get Captain Lennox, consider yourself lucky. This wasn’t just a raft ride, it was an experience we’ll be talking about for years. Highly, highly recommend!

The drinks, music, and fun atmosphere created by the crew made for a truly memorable experience.A special shoutout to Marsha, Fifty, and J, who did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained and ensuring we had a great time. Their energy and hospitality made the trip even more enjoyable.The snorkeling stop was another highlight. The reef was beautiful, and we saw hundreds of colorful fish and other amazing marine life.We highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking to have fun, enjoy great music and drinks, and experience.
