We booked with Thomas for transportation to and from our resort, Montego Bay City Tour, and ATV/Ziplining and Rick’s Cafe! Thomas was very patient and professional with our group. We did not feel rushed to do anything & he was very knowledgeable about his country. He accommodated us for last minute food runs or anything we wanted to do with no hesitation at all! He is an extraordinary tour guide 10/10! I would recommend him for any of your services while in Montego Bay but he does travel to other locations as well! His prices were very reasonable and affordable and when we return we will not book with anyone else! Please see for yourself for some fun, affordable culture! You will not regret it! Much Love!! Let me start with the tour guides Tillea and Rajaye. Both were extremely friendly and made the trip memorable. Exceptional customer service from both of them! Ask for them as your guides you'll thank me later! 🥳 Definitely recommend this excursion if you're looking for fun, laughs and excitement! Climbing up rocks in water is involved so please make sure you have good swim shoes! And shout out to Micheal and Ainsworth at the Blue Hole for keeping us safe! I went with two of my sisters. We had a phenomenal time. Between airport pickup to negril day trips in Montego Bay and pit stops along the way, our driver O'Neil nailed it. He was always timely, professional and advised us on the do's and don'ts. We plan on going back sooner than later and we'll definitely use this service as well as ask for the same driver.

Banton was HIGHLY recommended by a friend! Banton picked us up from Montego Bay airport and transported us (13 adults) to a resort in Negril. He was beyond friendly! He was early for our pickup going both directions! We were expecting just a drive to the resort. Instead, we got a tour along the way! Banton explain the culture and made stops to learn about Jamaica and its history! We could not have been more impressed! We left something on the bus and Banton brought it to our resort front desk, without us ever asking for it, 2 days later when he was back in Negril. We will definitely be reaching out to Banton on our next visit! Yah Mon 🇯🇲

I found Richard through a Facebook post and ended up booking with him for 3 different trips for a group of 5 people. We did Dolphins Cove, Chukka outpost, and blue hole falls and ended up booking a 4th day with him for the guys to go golfing.He was absolutely amazing! When working with him, prior to getting to Jamaica, he was helpful with providing recomendations. When we got there he was so accomodating, he never left us and always made us feel safe. I have the upmost respect and appreciation for Richard and would recommend him to everyone that goes to Jamaica.
