The Perfect Adventure!

I purchased the combo package with ATV Riding, Horseback Riding and Zip Lining. All of my tour guides were phenomenal. Ryon, JA, Adesha, Renardo.I can’t remember my ATV tour guide’s name, but he was very caring. We were told to lock all of our personal belongings in the locker for the ride. I didn’t know that they be selling drinks along the way. All of our money was in the locker. He purchased water for us! I’m happy that we had a positive experience.Ryon and JA took us horseback riding. This was our first time on a horse. They were knowledgeable telling us about the different trees and even the horses that we were on. They were patient!Adesha and Renardo helped us Zip Line. This was another first for us. My husband was terrified, but Adesha encouraged him and he concurred all 7 lines! Renardo was great at guiding me and providing instruction to ensure my safety.The people in the gift shop were helpful as well. Overall, I truly enjoyed the experience!

Amazing

My experience at jamwest was so amazing and educational. Big thanks to your tour guides Mr kevanugh and Mr demario. The lady at the front desk miss ash she was so sweet and lovely. The lifeguard are on point each step of the way. They guys need a raise. I will definitely be back soon

Fun

Had a fantastic time. Staff was great. Not allowed to take cell phone on zipline or atv ride so no pictures since the power flickering caused us not to be able to see photos and purchase. Very disappointing.

The Day was spectacular!! We started with the horseback riding. Each person had their own personal tour guide helping to guide your horse. This included when we were in the water. The guides were attentive and friendly and made the experience so much more enjoyable. Special shout out to my personal guide Wayne & my horse Prince. Next we did the push carts, what a great experience. Kevon, Shevon & Demar were friendly & helpful. Last but not least we did the zip lining. Our guides were patient and very helpful. They never made us feel rushed. Shevon, Fire & Renaldo were wonderful. Definitely a place you want to visit if you are here in Jamaica!!!

BEST TIME EVERRRR!!!

We did the horseback riding in the ocean and it was wonderful. The guides were so informative and truly cared for our experience. The horses are sweet and well loved!!!!

Hands down to fresh look tours They were so awesome from the airport transport to departure. So professional, great communication. Everything you need when coming to a new place. We felt so safe with these guys. They made our trip so much more easier. Our excursion day was a 10/10 with the. The excursion was amazing. Really unique experience. The guides were great (Richie) was super attentive to make sure we were safe and had a great time. Anthony and Lincoln were also great! We tipped well after the trip, this country just experienced a hurricane, and these workers depend on tips so would ask others to keep that in mind. Water shoes and waterproof camera shoes were available for purchase at the site in the event you forget (or at least they were when we went) -Peace
