He was on time, friendly, and provided an authentic Jamaican experience from beginning to end.One of the highlights of the tour was being able to get away from the tourist-filled areas and see more of the real Jamaica. We enjoyed amazing views, experienced more of the local culture, and had some delicious, authentic Jamaican food along the way.Nickoy kept the experience relaxed and enjoyable while still making sure everyone stayed on schedule. We had such a wonderful day touring Negril with Bernie! He was truly such a kind, patient, and genuine person. He spent the entire day with our family and took the time to show us some great local food spots.We were traveling with our kids and a baby, and we felt completely safe and comfortable with Bernie the entire time. He never rushed us and was incredibly patient with our family, which we really appreciated. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like we had spent the day with a local friend rather than just a tour guide. ❤️Thank you, Bernie, for helping make our time in Jamaica so memorable. I can not rate Asheki high enough. She was incredible. We felt safe the entire time. Ladies if you are planning a trip to Jamaica, you should really book with her. She picked us up at the airport. She picked us up for our limestone massage and rafting tour. We would rate that a five out of five as well. The whole experience that she gave us was incredible. Do not miss out.

We went to Blue Hole with Ultimate Excursions. They used Island Gully Falls for their guide. I emailed Island Gully with questions and they were responsive and helpful. Upon arrival, we were paired with Bob and a photographer. Both delivered a warm and fun experience. I felt my children and I were safe and they had our safety top of mind. They helped us have an amazing time and it was beautiful. I have visited many waterfalls but this experience was my favorite. It was not crowded and could enjoy the peace.

We’ve used this company several times and as always, they came thru for us! The owner, Navar, is excellent at communication and they have good prices. Our drivers are always courteous, drive safely, and are on time. It puts us at ease not having to wonder what’s going on or where our driver is. Sebert has been my driver many times and he’s great!! We had a super fun day out and I couldn’t recommend this company more!

Took a cruise to Jamaica and enjoyed the day at Bamboo Beach Club. Nyesha was our hostess and she was amazing! We enjoyed sitting near the water in our lounge chairs. There were sun and shade options for enjoying your day there. Lunch consisted of four courses and a few beach cocktails. It was a perfect day with my hubby. Thank you Nyesha and Bamboo!

10 out of 10 service, Troy was our driver, he is patient, know the city, he communicates well, smart/knowledgeable he is the best driver. Most of all he understands you are tourist and advise you. He made our great experience in Jamaica top-tier. He took us to the amazing Pisgah Farm, Appleton Estates, and The Border to get lobster, Negril, he’s so good with small children. He knew all the spots with good food. I been around the world and this trip made me realize, your driver is who helps you create amazing memories.
