Indiana, our host and driver, was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she an excellent and confident driver, but she was also extremely informative, sharing great insights about the areas we visited and those surrounding us. We felt safe, comfortable, and truly taken care of throughout the journey.Our destination was the Bamboo River Raft experience, and from the moment we arrived, the exceptional service continued. Our river raft guide (whose name, unfortunately, we can't recall) was fantastic—making the experience both relaxing and memorable. We were also warmly greeted by other friendly staff members who added to the charm and joy of the day.The entire experience was something my husband and I will cherish forever. Everyone is awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Norris and Samantha are incredible hosts. Greg was a really good driver but he’s not as pretty as Samantha 😉. Really awesome excursion! Our driver Dal Pringle pointed out things along the drives to and from Blue Hole and Luminous Lagoon. He told us a lot of the history there and even stopped to get us fresh coconuts! The blue Hole is truly amazing. Beautiful blue waters. Bring some water shoes and only bring in a waterproof camera and some money in a dry bag! The Luminous Lagoon/Mystic Waters is something truly magical. The way the water glows and sparkles around you is absolutely amazing.

Relaxing experience
Our raft captain was called glen, he was really nice and full of knowledge. What I liked about him is the fact he didn’t rush down river like some of the others. We had a really good chat about everything on the river and life in general. I was asking him how he coped through covid. These guy’s really struggled they didn’t work for 12 months and I thought we had it bad at the very beginning of the pandemic. These guys are on 20 dollars a trip down the river and on a good day they might get 2 trip’s down the river and on an extremely good day 3. It doesn’t bother them tho they are so happy all the time. If you have a little spare money after your trip and are feeling generous give them a tip they will be over the moon. Overall the trip was good and really relaxing I would recommend it, however I think Tui are really over pricing it at 89 dollars per person. Shame on you Tui
