We had an amazing time on this trip, Damion was our driver and got us everywhere we needed to go safely. Mayfield Falls was incredible, Dave was so good with our kids (10 and 7), our daughter who is normally very shy was so comfortable with Dave assisting her through the water, this meant to most to me just to see the pure enjoyment on her face. had an absolutely amazing experience in Jamaica! From start to finish, everything was well organized, professional, and truly unforgettable. The rafting was so peaceful and beautiful—floating along the river surrounded by lush greenery felt like pure relaxation. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable with great conversation and local insight. The horseback riding was just as incredible! Riding through scenic trails and along the water was a dream. The horses were well cared for, and the staff made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, no matter their experience level. What really stood out was the hospitality. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great time. It felt like more than just an excursion—it was a full experience of Jamaica’s beauty and culture. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Jamaica. Whether you’re looking for adventure, relaxation, or both, this is definitely something you don’t want to miss! 10/10 experience—I would absolutely do it again!

We booked the Appleton Estates/YS Falls/Black River Safari tour with Extreme Jamaca Tours for early February 2026. After we booked, Carlos reached out right away to say that Appleton Estates and YS Falls were not yet open after suffering damage from last Octobers hurricane. Carlos kept in touch as the trip approached, and luckily YS Falls reopened just before we went. So we ended up going to the Black River Safari and then having more time to spend at YS Falls, which was perfect. The region was really heavily damaged by the hurricane and the destruction was evident everywhere we went. Almost every building in the town of Black River was damaged or destroyed, and many areas did not have power. The Black River Safari lost 4 of their 6 boats, but still had two operational to take us out. We saw several types of birds and three crocodiles on our 1 hour river trip. I get the idea the mangrove forests were much more impressive before the hurricane damage but they were still interesting to see. The area definitely needs business, so please go if you can. YS Falls was wonderful. They had to almost completely rebuild the falls access road and walkways to the falls after the hurricane, so everything is basically new. The zip line was completely destroyed, but everything else looked perfect. We really enjoyed our visit. Carlos was good to communicate with before and after the trip. Our driver and tour guide was Randy and he was definitely one of the most knowledgeable tour guides we have ever had. He provided a ton of information about the recent hurricane and all the hurricane recovery efforts, and he also shared a lot of information about Jamaca, the local culture, the economy, the people, even the Jamaican license plate system. His lively conversation made the 2+ hour trip from Montego Bay go by in a flash.

River Rapids and the Blue Hole are an absolute must when visiting Jamaica! This was our second time booking this combo with Ricardo and his team, and once again they exceeded expectations. From pickup to drop-off, Ricardo and David were welcoming, professional, and flexible with our large group.The river rapids were the perfect mix of fun and family-friendly adventure, and the Blue Hole was stunning as always — climbing the falls, jumping in, and swinging into the water was unforgettable. It was a long day but very memorable. As rum drinkers back home, we loved the Appleton experience and of course, the tasting experience. Y’s falls was beautiful and surprisingly quiet. We had a lovely guide who took us across the falls and took some amazing photos and videos for us. Black river cruise was great for spotting wildlife. Saw several crocodiles and bird species. Kevin was our driver for the day. He assisted us and was our support every step of the day. Upon our request, he took us to a local food stop where we experienced the real authentic Jamaican food 10/10 We can’t praise Kevin enough. Very patient, very kind and very informative. He helped to make this a very memorable experience. Be prepared for the bumpy road conditions as the roads have lots of potholes. Loved this day.

Mayfield Falls was amazing! Be prepared to be wet and adventurous. If you have your own water shoes, that’s the way to go, but if not, no worries they have them for rent. Andrey our falls guy was also wonderful. Damien was a fantastic driver/ guide. After the falls we did quick trips to the blue hole and Ricks, but the highlight was for sure the falls. Definitely recommend!

The ride to Rick’s cafe in Negril was beautiful..the food was awesome and the scenery GRAND..the DJ was LIVE too..can’t wait to return.. This company is TOP NOTCH..thanks for checking on us Sam..

Our trip was amazing! The falls are the most beautiful experience we have had in Jamaica! And we did several excursions. Marc - our guide from YourJamaicanTourGuide was exceptional from the moment he picked us up at 6am and for the 2.5 hour drive each way from Negril. Super friendly, informative, and truly cared about our experience being great. The falls were more than we ever expected. We brought our 6 and 8 year old who for the first time also found themselves jumping off cliffs and climbing up the waterfalls before heading back down them. Our guide at the falls - Marvin was exceptional- pleasant and kind and we felt safe and trusted our kids safety with him as well. While the falls were unlike any experience you can have elsewhere in Jamaica- the highlights of the day were Marc and Marvin ! Do not miss the experience and absolutely use Your Jamaican Tour Guides!

Myself and five of my girlfriends did the Secret Falls tour with Marc. We left early in the morning, so we beat the crowds. We picked secret falls because we wanted a more natural experience and it was exactly what we wanted. Our guide at the falls was kemar and he was great taking us up the falls and he even took pictures for us (make sure to bring cash to tip your guide). Then we stopped on the way back at Scotchies for some jerk chicken, it was soooo good! Thanks again, we will be back!
