Fantastic family day out – highly recommended!
We had a fantastic day as a family of four visiting the Blue Hole, Secret Falls and Dunn’s River Falls with SNL Jamaican Tours Ltd.Jermaine, our tour guide, was brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and that we felt safe and comfortable throughout the day.We also really enjoyed hearing about Jamaica’s history and culture along the journey. Jermaine pointed out interesting landmarks and places as we travelled, which made the drive itself part of the experience.We stopped for lunch at Linda’s and the food was delicious – everything from the lobster to the fish was really tasty and a lovely addition to the day.The waterfalls were amazing, the whole day was well organised and we came away with some lovely family memories. We would definitely recommend this tour, SNL Jamaican Tours and especially Jermaine!

Must do activity when in Jamaica especially if you love Bob Marley and his music. Long and winding route to Nine Mile - suggest travel sickness pills before heading up there if anyone prone to this. We had Jermaine as our guide (our second trip with him) - as before a really friendly and knowledgeable guide, who looked after us and made additional stops for supplies etc.. There is a shack with Rastas at the entrance to the compound - for herbal supplies if that’s your thing - overpriced goods and a bit seedy. Lots of gift shops inside - hovering and browsing in these is encouraged whist waiting! The tour was done by Captain Crazy - one of Bob’s (probably many?!) cousins. His mad laugh was part of the show, but very entertaining. Very interesting to see evidence Bob’s simple upbringing and accommodation. Expect a few songs from a band inside (tips expected) - great music to be fair and got us dancing. Bob’s mausoleum was at the end of the roughly 45 min tour. Glad to have seen it. Tips again expected at the end. Worth the trip if you’re a fan!

My friend and I loved our experience rafting down the Martha Brae, with our guide, #96 Captain Hylton! He was friendly, knowledgable, and so pleasant. He even got in a picture with us, and he didn't hesitate to take solo photos of us! We even got to see his coconut artwork and learn about limestone's healing properties for my sunburn! LOL. Thank you, Hylton, for showing us amazing hospitality and a great river ride!

We were on a Royal Caribbean cruise to Falmouth, Jamaica and booked this tour with Cool Montego Bay. They were very communicative about where to meet. Unfortunately and fortunately, there weren’t enough people so we opted to pay more for a private tour with them. Copely was our driver and tour guide. He picked us up in a clean, comfortable tour van. Copely is a native Jamaican and he was absolutely wonderful. We had great conversations for the few hours we drove to St. Ann’s and back. If you love Bob Marley, you take this tour. We got to see his childhood home and his mausoleum which is on the property. On the way back we stopped at a restaurant for some authentic curried goat and jerk chicken of course. We also tried some fruit cake. Great guide, great tour!

This was a very fun cultural tour. The driver picks you up on time, stops at roadside places along the way. It was cool to see Bob Marley's childhood home. The jerk chicken at jerk central on the way home was one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommended excursion.

Great experience. We paid $99 per raft which holds 2 people and you have a raft captain who guides you down the 3 mile river. The adventure started with horseback riding, where we got to enjoy the scenic trails and even ride into the ocean — such a unique and exciting experience. From there, we headed to Dunn’s River Falls, and climbing the cascades was both fun and refreshing. The guides made sure we felt safe while keeping the energy high.After the adventure, we had time to shop for souvenirs and enjoy some authentic Jamaican food — which was delicious and gave us a true taste of the island. Everything was well organized, and what really made the trip special was our driver, Shavon. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best experience.If you’re visiting Ocho Rios and want a mix of adventure, culture, and relaxation, I highly recommend booking with Taste of Tropics. Had an amazing experience in Jamaica! From horseback riding to climbing Dunn’s River Falls, everything was such a vibe. A big shout-out to our tour guide Shavon — he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the trip special. He made sure we were comfortable, kept the energy up, and shared lots of cool insights along the way. We also got to do some shopping and try authentic Jamaican food (so delicious!). Overall, it was the perfect mix of adventure, culture, and good vibes. Highly recommend Shavon if you want a memorable experience!

Keemo was the best tour guide. He made me and my friend feel very welcome but very respectful at the same time. We had such a good time doing the horse back riding and the bamboo rafting. He was easy to communicate with and had zero issues. It was a good vibes and laughter playing music in the car whilst travelling to the spots and having AC and WiFi was so helpful.
