We spent 9 days at the Princess Senses the man grove! Ricardo took pictures of us, keeps in contact with you before you land and during your stay, was always on time, stopped at coconut and fruit stands, and gave us in-site and history of Jamaica! We also did multiple excursions like Dunns river, bamboo rafting, blue hole, luminous lagoon, ATV, ziplining and snorkeling! We gave the money to him and he took care of everything. The price was reasonable considering our resort was pretty far out of the way!

Best Jamaica Tour provided our transfers from MBJ to Princess Grand Jamaica with good quality vehicles and kids car seats. Excellent value for money with quick and efficient communications with Yanique. Our driver Verol was a safe pair of hands. He was knowledgable, courteous and excellent company to have. He made it very easy to travel around the island with an infant and two 3 year olds. We ended up booking two tours with him which were excellent. He knew all the great spots and is a credit to the company. Negril beach is well worth a visit.

This excursion was worth every penny! The owner came out and talked to us about how she is dedicated to her horses and making sure they are taking care of. The horses were absolutely beautiful!! The horseback riding experience was amazing! We were taken through a path that was lush and surrounded by beautiful butterflies! Then it opened out to an amazing private beach where we rode the horses through the water! Our guides took such great care of us and explained the environment and kept us laughing throughout the whole trip! Even if you haven’t been on a horse before, there was no need to worry! Every one was professional and made sure we were comfortable! My wife was a bit scared and they offered to personally lead her horse for her until she was fine. They did an amazing job!! In the end we got to ride the horses through a private lagoon and take as many pictures as we wanted together!

A Fun Time Was Had!
We had an amazing time from start to finish! Mark was the best driver of everyone that I experienced during my time in Jamaica. We had a 3ish hour ride to and from our hotel (about 6 hrs round trip). My group brought our headphones just in case the ride was boring. We did not need them at all! Mark was engaging from beginning to end. We laughed so hard. The banter was great! He also took us to a local restaurant where we experienced some good food.Dunn's River was an awesome experience. We had a great guide and videographer as we climbed the falls. It was so beautiful and they made it fun.Blue hole was nothing short of amazing. Our guide Marvin was super nice and patient. We swam into caves, jumped from various areas, and just enjoyed ourselves.The best part of the excursion was probably the drive to and from our hotel lol. Ricky was absolutely amazing from start to finish! From the moment he picked us up at the Montego Bay airport for our round-trip transport to the Grand Palladium, we knew we were in great hands. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about Jamaica and its rich history.Ricky went above and beyond, stopping at landmarks to take photos with and for us, ensuring we captured every memorable moment. What made the experience even better was how customizable our tour was — we chose to do ATV riding, ziplining, horseback riding, and visit Rick’s Café. Ricky made it all seamless and fun!He even introduced us to one of the best patty bakeries we’ve ever been to, and picked up some mouthwatering oxtail for us from a local gem of a restaurant on the way back to the resort. Excellent Guide and Experience...
What an amazing experience we had with Omar P from before the Trip began until after drop off. Excellent communication with me regarding our excursion and expectations. He met us at our hotel on time and is very personable and professional. He explained our itinerary for the day. We started off with horseback riding. It is a guided trail ride along the beach and at the end you take the horses into the Ocean for a few minutes. From there we headed to Blue Hole where we were greeted by a guide to take us along the trail to where we were encouraged to jump into the water from either a roughly 6 or 10 foot "cliff" into a "pool" of the prettiest blue water I've seen. If you didn't want to jump, there was a "beachy" section where you can walk in. We then climbed a trail to a Waterfall and pool area where you are able to walk along the top of the Waterfall, grab a rope swing and swing into the pool below. Again, with a section you can enter the water without jumping in. Blue Hole also has some local vendors and crafters along the trail, for souvenirs. Finally, we headed to Dunns River Falls. It is beautiful. We opted to not walk up the falls from the beach, but we did use the stairs to decend/ascend the entire stretch. There are many area to enter the small pools along the falls and soak. At each stop on the excursion, photos were taken by staff photographers, - as well as the guides using my phone - so we didn't feel pressured to buy a photo package. Omar also snapped photos of us from areas he was able to access using his phone. After our excursions Omar brought us to an amazing Jerk restaurant for lunch. He'd asked what we wanted to try and it was what we chose. Best we've had here so far. Overall - 100 stars 🌟 We will definitely be back to Jamaica again and I'd recommend Omar and will be contacting him for future excursions. Not sure how we didn't get a photo with him. Thank You Omar for an amazing day. 💛 Our first time in Jamaica is incredible because of you.
