He was on time, friendly, and provided an authentic Jamaican experience from beginning to end.One of the highlights of the tour was being able to get away from the tourist-filled areas and see more of the real Jamaica. We enjoyed amazing views, experienced more of the local culture, and had some delicious, authentic Jamaican food along the way.Nickoy kept the experience relaxed and enjoyable while still making sure everyone stayed on schedule. He also made certain we returned to the cruise port early, leaving plenty of time before departure.We would absolutely book with Nickoy again on a future visit to Jamaica. Navar was amazing! We booked the Blue Hole excursion through ultimate excursions from the Falmouth cruise port. The drive was easy (August timeframe, no school), Navar kept us including the 8 and 10 yr old boys entertained throughout with facts about Jamaica as well as great conversation and stories. Pick up was easy too! Stopped for patties on the way which were delicious and jerk chicken on the way back which exceeded expectations. The time at Blue Hole was THE best of the trip. Navar set us up with a guide that was so so great with the whole family. The kids were kept extra safe while jumping off of impressive heights. The water and scenery was beautiful and we all agreed it was the favorite excursion out of all. Blue Hole did not feel crowded and we had time to repeat many of the jumps several times although I enjoyed swimming around the water too. Highly recommend both Navar for taxi services and any excursion! We cant wait to go back!

Amazing Airport Transfer and full day trip from MoBay to Negril
Worked with Byron directly to reserve a car during a 3-day Jamaica trip that included roundtrip from the Montego Bay airport to the Rose Hall hotel. Thanks to the Jamaica Fast pass we were out of the airport in 20 minutes (post landing) where his team member directed us to a clean private car with chilled water and a polite driver for our 25-minute ride to the hotel. The private round-trip cost was cheaper than others with the caveat that others may offer the same price but in a shared shuttle. The next day we were scheduled to go on a custom tour of MoBay and Negril with Glendale. Glen was just fantastic, avoided potholes, drove carefully while keeping us entertained with talk about the country etc. as we took him on a custom route (which I had planned if I was driving) through the mountains to Blue hole and then to Negril. We even went on a walking adventure closer to the sea next to a luxurious mansion and having a person you can vibe with made the 8-hour day memorable. Glen did not foist any souvenir shops or take us to places where you get stuck buying trinkets but was kind enough to understand that we were looking at buying certain things and was okay with it. The price for this trip was similar to what others would charge but maybe not the customization. Glen also dropped us off and we highly recommend Byron's company if you ever are in Jamaica, as he has plenty of vehicles for what you need for your tour. 5-star service and kudos to a good team.

From start to finish, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They sent a driver named Ramone, who was welcoming from the very beginning. He greeted me with a smile and, although he was at work, kept me company and shared in my excitement about exploring Jamaica.We had great conversations throughout the day, and he gave me fantastic advice on places to check out and how to keep myself safe, always making sure I was comfortable. He explained things along the way, we listened to music, and just relaxed. Honestly, it felt like I was travelling with a friend I’d known for a long time.Ramone took me to both the horse riding and Dunn’s River Falls, and everything felt seamless. Even when I was hungry or needed cash, he happily stopped off somewhere for me. I felt comfortable expressing myself and, most importantly, felt safe the entire time.I highly recommend this experience and Ramone as your driver on your Jamacian adventure.
