This was our first time at Chukka and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We did the Ultimate package and had a splendid time whilst receiving the best customer service possible. Shoutout to Levon and Omar on the zipline for helping our small group through their fears, Fitzroy and Jaheim for the dune buggy for the wonderful tour and insights, and a special shoutout to Romaine and Tyrique who made it possible for us to do our river tubing even though the last tour had closed off on us. Romaine, Tyrique and the exceptional operation manager made it their duty to ensure we got our money's worth and as a fellow Jamaican, it truly made our trip that much more enjoyable. It is amazing workers like them that are truly a cut above the rest and because of them I will be back once more ! Big up unuh self !

Fun full day experience!! Tour guides were awesome and entertaining. The best was the river tubing! Anthony, Tariq, and Naseem were hilarious and made the ride relaxing but fun at the same time. My only wish is that each activity was a bit longer, but I understand if ur gonna do multiple activities in one day they have to limit the time to make it manageable. Either way, 10 out of 10 reccomend. Jamaica is a whole VIBE!!!

It was great and peaceful... we had a host named Khaleisha from Bamboo Beach, she was so sweet and pleasant. Our food came out on time for each meal, we never had to wait. Thanks you again for the great food and hostility. P.s WE had a great drive who was also entertaining and informed us a lot about Jamaican? We greatly appreciate the knowledge. We had a fantastic day as a family of four visiting the Blue Hole, Secret Falls and Dunn’s River Falls with SNL Jamaican Tours Ltd.Jermaine, our tour guide, was brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and that we felt safe and comfortable throughout the day.We also really enjoyed hearing about Jamaica’s history and culture along the journey. Jermaine pointed out interesting landmarks and places as we travelled, which made the drive itself part of the experience.We stopped for lunch at Linda’s and the food was delicious – everything from the lobster to the fish was really tasty and a lovely addition to the day.The waterfalls were amazing, the whole day was well organised and we came away with some lovely family memories. We would definitely recommend this tour, SNL Jamaican Tours and especially Jermaine!

Best excursion of our cruise!
After a little confusion, we were picked up at the cruise port by Amlia and Carlos. We heard a lot about Jamaica during the 40 minute drive to Bamboo Beach…once at the beach Amlia took care of us….our drinks were never empty and we ate many courses of delicious food! The water was amazing with lots of colorful fish. We were driven back to port after a stop at a shop for souvenirs. The whole day was great and the coordinators at Bamboo Beach were amazing…I had contact with them before we left Miami and when we got to Jamaica, they were very responsive in getting us to our bus for transport! I highly recommend this excursion…
