Incredible experience! Dave was an amazing guide, he was very helpful in guiding my mother (who can’t swim lol) through the pools, pointing out cool plants, and telling us about the limestone from a nearby cave. You can spend as much time as you want swimming around in the refreshing waters, so definitely recommend.

Must try - amazing!
This was such a fun and unique experience! Once at the meeting point you head down a short trail to the river. From that point on, you are in the cool, clear water! During our visit we stopped multiple times along the way to swim and sit under the falls. Our guide, Jermaine, was amazing. He knew all the best spots and was our photographer for the adventure. Towards the end of the walk there is a rock you can jump or dive into the deep water. Highly recommend visiting Mayfield Falls! The car ride from Negril was about 90 minutes to the falls.

Khrisann was an incredible guide. She was friendly, knowledgeable, on time to pick us up and drop us off, and a safe driver. Booking through Cool Montego Bay was half the cost of booking with the ship excursions directly, and a much better experience since it was one on one. I would definitely recommend Down to Earth tours to anyone visiting Jamaica!

Our driver was the best, he stopped for us to use restroom and souvenir shopping! Our only complaint was after our experience we were cornered into purchasing items from vendors set up at the Blue hole. The prices they told us would change considerably. We paid for pictures bought some drinks and souvenirs snd they still wanted more money. This experience could end future tourists front visiting.

Our city tour in Montego Bay was nothing short of AMAZING! From start to finish, our driver AKEEM was absolutely FANTASTIC…SUPER knowledgeable, friendly, and so much fun to be around. He went above and beyond to make sure we experienced the REAL Montego Bay, not just the typical tourist spots. Akeem was even the photographer for us at times with no complaints! Get off the resort for a day and enjoy this experience!We visited so many beautiful and unique areas, including Ironshore, Coral Gardens, Norwood, Downtown Montego Bay, Mount Salem, Westgate Hills, Freeport, and Lethe. Each stop gave us a different perspective of the city and its vibrant culture. We stopped at St James Parish Church but because it was closed on Monday, we weren’t able to view the inside. Our last stop was Usain Bolt’s casual dining and sports bar restaurant Tracks and Records!The highlight of the day was definitely the Bamboo River Rafting with limestone leg and foot massage! What an unforgettable experience! It was peaceful, scenic, and something we’ll be talking about for years to come. I even drank water from the coconut! (See my follow-up review on the Bamboo Raft with pictures)If you want a true taste of Montego Bay and an adventure filled with history, culture, and a little thrill, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this city tour. And if you’re lucky enough to get the same driver we had, you’re in for an absolutely perfect day!

We really enjoyed going. It is essential to have a guide in your language (in our case we hire in Spanish), so that he can tell you and explain the hundreds of stories and anecdotes that Bob Marley had in his life. The place guide (Archie) was great, but only in his English and without an interpreter would we have lost a lot of info. We found it very interesting. I recommend going.
