We had booked a trip with this company on get your guide originally for YS Falls, Black River Safari and Appleton Rum Estate which was all incredible! We loved our driver Randy so much we personally booked with him again as we wanted to do sunset at Ricks Cafe and a few stops on 7 mile beach Negril. Randy took us to JamWest were we had food/drinks and were able to chill on the beach for a few hours. We then went to Margaritaville and then on to Rick’s for dinner and the most gorgeous sunset. Randy had recommended seafood so we got steamed snapper with prawns and okra in coconut sauce and escovitch snapper which were both incredible. The divers here were so fun to watch also. As always Randy was full of knowledge on the drive, letting us stop for photos and showing us the real Jamaica. Honestly could not recommend Randy anymore. Although the places visited were the main attraction, Randy was the icing on the cake. If Randy ever needs a UK tour guide we would happily volunteer! Don’t hesitate to book with this company if you want to have the best time in Jamaica!

This was an absolutely amazing experience! The walk to get up to the falls was though but we made it! We took the catamaran to the falls with the package we got! The views was just incredible. The tour guide was great, so nice, helpful and funny. It was a great experience. Few spots to get souvenirs which was great (beginning and after the falls). It is about an hour to get up there just with everyone who is doing it, so be prepared. Don’t take your purse and make sure to have a waterproof case for your phone because you’re gonna want to take your phone.

Our driver was Travis with Trav Sun Tours and he was phenomenal! Called me when he was running late due to an accident on the road. About a 20-minute drive from our resort in Montego Bay. Travis was friendly and talkative along the way. A rum punch was included when we got there, waiting for the sun to set. There were 3 or 4 boats total that took people out in the lagoon and let people in to swim and take pics. It was hard to get phone pics with no flash and the people moving in the water. Video worked pretty well. They had a photographer that would take pics for $30 (plus tip). Travis was our private driver and stopped on the way back to our resort for dinner (we paid for his plus we tipped him). Highly recommend this tour!

I went into this experience knowing that the amount of bioilluminescence that you see can be effected by the weather (I was a little worried since it had rained in Montego bay that afternoon). That being said, I was surprised to see that the water was BRIGHT with activity. Definitely an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Lisa was an excellent driver and guide, and was very knowledgeable about everything. I truly recommend her and this excursion. The rum punch was also excellent!Side note: Be mindful of what's around you when you are swimming (as best as you can). Regardless of what the boat crew will tell you, there are jellyfish in the water. Even though they will deny it, know that they are fully equipped with numbing cream and alcohol and won't hesitate to help out! Besides that little part (really very minor), it was perfect!

The best experience ever.
This was by far the best experience on my trip. I will always remember the colorful beautifully decorated rafts, and the pleasant, kind, friendly raft. Captain and masseur. Went with my daughter on one of the most scenic journeys to get to the river. Crystal clear water full of minerals from the limestone they use for your massage. We were pampered and well taken care of and we had so much fun swimming and playing after our scrub which was both a scrub and massage. My skin felt like silk. Can't wait to do it again. The restaurant there has a great vibe and good food. I had escovich fish and rice and peas. Was the best food I had had in Jamaica thus far on my trip. We danced while we ate to the reggae music. Nothing fancy but was an enjoyable authentically jamaican experience you should not miss. We didn't go on a group tour. We had a private contact who hooked us up with our raft captain at the river.

This service went above and beyond for us. We ordered private transportation for 3 days--each day included a tour of Negril, tour of Kingston and tour of Ocho Rios. We did not have to worry about a thing. Our driver, Akeem, showed up everyday to pick us up with a smile on his face. He scouted nice locations for us and did not end his day until he was satisfied that he had shown us a great time. I cannot recommend this service enough. When we arrived at each location, Akeem made sure to tell each service provider to treat us specially--like royalty and they did!

The operator could have canceled the trip, but the drove just the 2 of us from ocean eden bay resort to kingston. It was shocking to me. Marcia the driver was excellent. Extremely patient, passionate, and conversed with us to and fro the entire trip. Bob marley museum cannot be missed if you come to Jamaica. 10000000% wonderful experience. Love it. Leon is the best!
Leon was incredible! We had a full fun day with our teenage kids. He planned out our day for us and we had a chance to eat some authentic food ( a nice break from our all inclusive hotel food). We had exceptional service and guides that Leon hooked us up with at all of the attractions. We felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed getting to know him during our car rides. He took genuine interest in us too! We had such a great time we booked him for the next day for more adventures.
