Your exact pick up time and place depend on the hotel where you are staying at. After confirming the booking we will contact you to inform you about the exact pick up time and place. Without the information of your hotel, we CANNOT offer you our services. If you haven´t heard from us at least 48 hours before the activity start time, please contact us.

- Dunn’s River Falls will no longer allow guests to change in the rest rooms located in the Car Park. Guests will need to use the facilities of the Changing Rooms. Guests can rent a locker at the Admission Counter. Please see the price under the what's excluded section. Guests are advised to have their swimwear on before joining the tour
- Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time
- Bring bathing gear, sunblock, insect repellent, a towel, a hat and suitable footwear
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 45 travelers
