You can identify our representative by looking for the company Logo or just telling the bell desk or front desk the tour that your doing along with the company name , they can help you to locate the driver as well.Guests staying outside of the of Montego Bay Area zone in which the tour is priced for will be required to pay an additional round trip transportation fee. Hotels such as Grand Palladium, Ocean Eden Bay, Ocean coral Spring , Royalton , Riu AQUARELLE Excellence are all Outside of Montego Bay.

Apr 2023Yes, the minimum age to parasail is 6 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel. At Cool Montego Bay safety is our number one priority. The minimum weight required for parasailing is roughly 90 pounds. If the flyer is less than 90 pounds, they will simply fly tandem with someone not to exceed roughly 450 pounds combined weight. Weight requirements may differ due to wind conditions.
Feb 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
