Journey into the beautiful hills of a small village called Lethe in St James Parrish. Enjoy the tranquil and refreshing cool natural spring waters of the Great River. Sit back, relax and take lots of memorable photos while you make your way down the river on an individually designed beautiful hand-crafted bamboo raft. Certified raft captain will also give you a brief history about the village. Before exiting your excursion, you get to experience a natural limestone foot rub from your own Raft Captain. Meeting and Pickup
Private Roundtrip Transportation. Can accommodate up to 12 persons. Pick-up is for guests staying at hotels within the Montego Bay Area only. Included in the cost are roundtrip transportation, photoshoot. The pick-up time will be the time you have selected for your activity, driver will reach out to confirm pick-up time and instructions, the day before heading out to get you. Please download the WhatsApp phone app for your convenience to make communication easier once you're on the Island between you and the driver. *NOTE If AirBnB or hotel is not listed, please specify in special requirements section when booking. There's nothing more relaxing, while you explore Jamaica's lush vegetation, listening to the calm waters of the river flow. Also don't forget to take your dream vacation photos and poses with Jamaica's beautiful greenery background to show off and keep in your memories forever. On your journey back you will also enjoy a natural Limestone foot using natural limestone paste which is a great exfoliator. The maximum weight capacity for kayaking is 340 lbs / 154 kg.
Nov 2021No experience is necessary! Beginners are welcome on all of our kayak tours. Most of our guests have never been in a sea kayak before. Anyone in average physical condition may join a kayak tour. If you can hike or bike, you can paddle our sea kayaks. You do not need any swimming skills either.
The only prerequisite is a healthy spirit of curiosity and adventure.
Regardless of age or skill level you will find that our expeditions offer enough flexibility to make your experience with us safe and rewarding. We will show you proper sea kayaking technique and water safety before leaving the beach. And your expert guides will be with you throughout the adventure to give you pointers and improve your skills.
Sep 2022Your safety is Cool Montego Bay’s number one concern. In general, sea kayaking is safer than most other outdoor pursuits, even bicycling.
Jan 2023If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
